This can focus on general awareness raising or training for specific groups e.g. senior leadership, HR specialists, workplace representatives, harassment contacts, trade union officials, workplace investigators and mediators.

A variety of delivery methods and exercises are employed with the aim of providing an interactive and stimulating learning experience. Course content is designed around the specific needs of the target audience.

The optimal level of attendees per course would normally be 10-15 but this can be reviewed depending upon your specific requirements.
